"Nervous to visit after reading reviews. However, there is a lot of refurbishment going on. The downstairs looks fabulous and the car park/outside space is being worked on. The room was ropey, window held open with a block of wood and a pane of glass missing. Curtains not hanging correctly and a socket out. But, we arrived when they were busy and so checking in was delayed. The staff apologised for wait, and the room! The breakfast was absolutely banging and the staff were exceptional. Helpful...

"A little night away with my partner , lovely hotel and grounds , we stayed in the blue room which they call the stables it’s separate from the main hotel . Lovely room all that you need is provided in the room . They don’t provide dinner but on their website you can find restaurants that are close by to book also breakfast is not included in with the room however you can purchase breakfast if you wish too . Overall a lovely little hotel with very friendly staff that make you feel very welcome.....

"What an amazing location, set in the middle of an expanse of fields my as I drove down the road that leads to the mill there were rabbits, deer and pheasants scattering in front of the car. Our first time to this area so enjoyed some river walks and hearing interesting history of Rowhedge gleaned from the very friendly locals.
