Tile floor needed thorough cleaning. Door nnded cleaning. Grime around lock and handle. No place to hang clothes. We had a formal, suit, and tux. Mattress had large hump on my side. Everyone was nice. Plenty of linens. Would have like blanket.

The room was clean, but smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. The water ran black for a few seconds but later learned this was normal for the area. Great location, decent price, half the outlets and lamps in the room were not functional- but we made do with it. Overall not a bad experience.

VERY SKETCH!
We did not stay in the room a total of 20 mins when the smell of smoke started making us all have a headache. I contacted hotels.com immediately about how poor the conditions were and how UNSAFE we felt. We left and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Mansfield.

Bathtub was filthy room had flies all over it. Wallpaper was peeling off television was stuck on the Spanish channels and you couldn’t get it off. It was barely hanging on the wall. This place was a total poop hole.

The room was tattered, base board coming off, couch coming apart/peeling badly, front desk the next morning was rudest man ever! The check in ladies were very nice, lots of men outside my door drinking and having loud conversations! Beer cans the next morning outside my door! Will never ever come to this place again!!!

Disgusting!
Disgustingly dirty, wallpaper and baseboards had been repaired and affixed to the dirty walls with staples . Awakened early because it sounded like we were trying to sleep in the middle of a freeway. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Door jambs at entry and bathroom were cracked having been kicked in some time in the past. Didn’t feel safe in this place or the surrounding neighborhood. Steer clear of this place.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely rundown. The smell in the room was disgusting. We found a WalMart and bought pillows, sheets and a blanket. There were two different groups of men outside drinking.

Horrible Stay
We asked for a handicapped accessible room for my husband. It was booked with Hotels. Com as handicapped. We did not receive that. We also ordered a double bed. We did not receive that. We asked for non smoking. We did not receive that. Outlets had no covers on them. Cigarette buds and ash on the floor. Night table missing both drawers. Mold on ceiling of room from water condensation. Paint was peeling from walls. Furniture was in horrible condition and had holes in it. We did not stay. Front desk was no help. My husband couldn't use the bathroom. Wheelchair couldn't get in the door.
