friendly and have nice grounds to walk around with them. Breakfast is also decent and they will make a yummy omelet on request. There are often large groups of kids who stay here for sporting events, tournaments on the weekend, but the front room of the suites provide enough sound proofing that that has never been an issue for sleeping.
