The one staff person seemed completely uninterested and annoyed when checking me in. Her 8 year old son(?) pretended to be the one to check me in all the while playing on the front desk computer. At first it was cute but then he started making inappropriate wisecracks mocking me as I was trying to check in while the desk clerk talked on the phone, ignoring me and letting the young boy pretend to check me in. When the desk clerk finally checked me in, she was rude and would barely engage with me, did not welcome me as a guest and handed my key card to me barely making eye contact. Later in the evening as I was trying to purchase a snack item, I was ignored for 2-3 minutes standing at the counter with my snack and cash while the desk clerk was engaging with family members or friends rather than taking care of me as a customer. The young boy started making inappropriate comments to me again. When she finally came over to help she was snarky when asking me if she could help me. After returning to my room I could hear the young boy yelling and causing a ruckus in the reception area and he is still loud in the reception area as I’m writing this review. If there were a zero star rating available, zero stars would be my rating.

What a total cluster f:@$& we tried to get this resolved but never heard from property!!!! We did hear from Expedia briefly. I will NEVER use either again! Yes, word of mouth travels fast!!!! Charged but wasn’t even in the State of Virginia!!!!

Property is a gem outside SNP. If you are traveling the whole park and hitting the south part, the property has great value! Room was spacious, breakfast was great (has bacons!!) and great staff

Property was quiet and tucked away from the road. Room appeared to be clean, however the carpet felt "moist" and the floors without carpet were sticky. The ceiling began to leak over one of the beds after a really heavy rain. I was on the second floor, not sure where the water actually came from that leaked into my room. Shower stayed luke warm at best. After one night, I had enough. All was reported onsite to staff, although friendly, they where unable to resolve the issue and provide me with a similar accommodation and I had to locate my own arrangements with a sister hotel next door. Never had an experience like this, very unpleasant.

Hotel smelled bad,like Mold. Granddaughter slipped on the slime in the pool that had not been vacuum or skimmed,she busted her knee wide open, blood everywhere & they had literally NOTHING IN THE FIRST AID KITS.

I live near by and needed a place to stay while my AC was replaced I was able to book a room the same day I needed it . I stayed 3 nights and they accommodated my early check out. The front desk staff was great. I felt very safe as I was staying alone The room smelled slightly musty till I got the AC running but the room was very clean The parking lot is well lit

If you stay more than one night they do not make beds or replace towels or clean trash cans. Pool area was dirty and bugs but .ay have been caused by storm.
