"It was an extremely hot and humid week. Property does not have air conditioning which made it unbearable at times. Property lists a gas firepit but did not have one. One neighbor not a fan of dogs even though the property allows them. Property provides amazing sunsets."

"This property is a great place to stay if you're looking to hike some trails and kayak on the lake. It is a 5 minute drive from some nicely maintained trails yet still away from any cities so it's nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for lour stay. I would definitely stay here again "

"This was our 3rd stay as usual enjoyed it. The lake is mostly quiet, although this year there were some properties clear and cutting trees, so that wasn’t quiet, however we have no control over that. We enjoyed the view of the lake as well as swimming and paddling boarding. We hope to be back again."

"We selected the cottage as a midway point between Montreal and Burlington and were able to do easy day trips to both. The cottage itself was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The deck provided a nice shaded area in the morning for relaxing. We enjoyed the peace and the comfort of the location!"

"The home was easy to find (with GPS) and check in was a breeze. It had everything we needed. We were looking for a place to relax which we found. It’s a bit of a drive to get anywhere but there isn’t any traffic so that wasn’t a problem."

The space was perfect for our group, the location can not be beat, and the rental was well stocked with amenties. "This hidden gem tucked away from the world put me under its spell at first look. The coziest cottage I've ever stayed at. The love and care of the owner is evidenced by the decor. Spent a majority of time on the upper deck. I'm a nature lover so I was delighted by the bird song and bunny. At dusk, we had our nightly visit in the meadow by beautiful deer. We will return and again enjoy a peaceful retreat from the world."

"Pros: Few neighbors which meant it was quiet. One even apologized for running the lawn mower which was quieter than the waves on the shore; The kayaks, rowboat, and bikes ready for our use; the full kitchen, tub, and open floor plan which made life with five people easy; Even though we were there during a hot spell the house cooled down enough at night we could sleep; lots of plugs for electronics; and amazing sunsets! Cons: Not quite enough hot water for more than two showers; only one fan, the...
