Very noisy place, paper thin walls in our unit. No one enforces any rules, (No smoking, etc) It wasn't terrible, but it doesn't warrant a return visit, in my opinion

We had a great time when we were there. The only issue we had with room was that our air conditioner was not working. That good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay at Rise Uptown Hotel in Phoenix — 10/10! The vibe is super cool, modern, and relaxed. As a family of three with a 7-year-old, we felt completely safe, comfortable, and welcomed the entire time. The hotel is in a great location — quiet but still close to everything. Our daughter especially loved the pool, and we all enjoyed hanging out at Lylo, the poolside bar — great drinks and good vibes! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience made our trip so special. Highly recommend Rise Uptown for families or couples looking for a fun and stylish stay in Phoenix!

Our favorite resort in West Valley

Phoenix is a great city! Felt very safe. Valet parking was a fair price and very convenient. The hotel is nice but the elevators were having issues and it sometimes took 15 min to get on. The elevators were such an issue that we took the stairs (which were not clearly marked) a few times… TO THE 10th FLOOR!! We would stay here again though (if the elevators are working). The rooms were very clean. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping to reset our room … then it was done right away. Overall it was a nice stay with a few hiccups.
