"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

"The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback:...

"What a beautiful property! As soon as we arrived, we were excited from opening the front door. A very spacious area for 2 families to spend some time away from the norm! Everything we needed was already catered for. From blankets on the sofa and dog bowls to a full kitchen of utensils. Very comfortable beds and well presented. The layout allowed us to all be in one house but have our own down time if needed. The hot tub was amazing and well used by all. Grateful for the daily pH level checks...

"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"There was no tissue paper. There was absolutely counted 1 teabag 1 coffee, one sugar 1 sweetener per head in room ! Come on , it is MARRIOTT and not a cheap 2star property. Be a bit more generous. It just costs few pence. Increase car park charges to 5-6 pounds to compensate it. It looks so cheap."

Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

"Fantastic service. Every member of staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. It was good to have soya milk. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is close to the town centre - so very convenient. The rooms are newly refurbished, and the king size rooms are comfortable. "

"Stayed here for an event in Silverstone and it was great from start to finish. I was able to check in early, for free which was a life saver. All staff I came across were polite and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and the beds a great size. The shower was a dream too!"
