"This is a beautifully adapted Tudor Manor House into a first-rate hotel. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautiful to view and the private chapel is an added delight to visit. Staff were helpful and the food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. I was disappointed that I could not get wifi in my bedroom which was a problem as I had work to complete in the evening. I managed well once downstairs in the Tudor Hall. I knew there was no lift but the second floor required four flights...

"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"An enormous hotel complex within a golf course, comfortable and clean, but a bit impersonal when empty on a cold February weekend. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had the shower in the bath. The spa was good at £20 for two hours especially as I had it to myself. We ate in the bar on Saturday night, which had several menu options, rather than the vast empty dining room. Nice views over the lakes and golf course but not somewhere to go walking. Not cosy but good value. "
