I came for a family event and i'm glad i chose this beat western the room and hotel was clean,loved the bed.i would come back here when i travel to new haven.my only complaint is the parking lot.it needs to be cleaned up,but one doesn't stay in the parking lot

Day of check out I called to request a late check out for 12 pm which is giving . The lady at front desk was rude told me 11:30 am or my personal will be removed from the room and hung up . Those island ladies are rude and just anger. I keep my self together and smile when leaving she was just mad.
