room. It had heated floors, blackout curtains, beautiful art and the room was gorgeous. We felt like royalty. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We had the traditional Irish breakfast it was delicious. We did the falconry walk and boat rife of the lake. So much fun. The town of Cong is charming too. You will absolutely love Ashford Castle. The history is incredible and the art, bars, and restaurants are impeccable. "

"We had a lovely experience at the Sea Breeze Lodge! Excellent hospitality. We enjoyed the extra touches to our room including fresh fruit and flowers, snacks and complimentary water and soft drinks. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were also fantastic. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Galway overnight!"

"We arrived late, our type of room was no longer available. Desk staff assumed that balcony was our primary need [it was a bonus with water view, but not the biggest factor.] Offered smaller/ interior rooms first. She ultimately gave us an upgrade to a very nice room. But it took us a while to get there. The property itself is awesome. The water view includes an oil tank farm; but that's what you get (and there's plenty else to see!). The available gym (not owned or operated by Galmont,...

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The evening meals were excellent. The breakfast was a buffet which was satisfactory but not the same quality as the evening meals. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
