"A really unique location in a converted boathouse right on the waterfront. When not out and about we spent a happy time just sitting watching the tide come in and out with loads of bird-life and passing cruise linsers. Right by Waitrose for emergency shopping and very short walk to restaurants"

"Location is great, wooden floor is creaky. Nice touch to have the eggs and bread there for breakfast. Little House room is quite small but clean."

"We were here for a family event. The house is perfect for 3 families coming together. Spacious with a kitchen area made for social gatherings. The property is very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely welcome pack to get you started. Beautifully clean, comfortable beds. Home from home. Well appointed for Christchurch and Bournmouth."

"House totally as described but slightly spooked by the monkey butler as we entered by mobile torch light. The house is obviously still used to some extent as fresh food was found in the fridge. The kitchen oven and extractor were filthy. All dishes and pans had to be washed before they could be used. Carpets and floors had not been hoovered, cobwebs also noted. "My husband and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with my parents. The Coach House is beautifully decorated! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of our evenings in the garden. A previous review mentioned the garden not being secure for their dog. Before booking I checked if this was being rectified as we have 2 Westies. "Sea Cottage was just the place my wife and I wanted for a mini-break in the New Forest. A moderate walk from the town centre made it accessible, and car parking was easy. "My husband and I wanted a relaxing weekend away and this property was the perfect place! It was so quiet and peaceful. Located on the beautiful grounds of the owners property, you can also go for a lovely walk should you wish. The barn was lovely and clean, you can see that great care has been taken to make this place as inviting as it is.
