"Amazing views of Lake Atlitan. The hotel wad nice inside but the room could get a little warm even with the portable air conditioning. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Hotel serving staff had good points and bad points. Some wait staff around the pool would forget to bring orders. The front desk is not at all accommodating. Food in the hotel restaurant was decent most nights but was very expensive for the buffets. The last night, the hotel threw a lovely event with kids...

"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. The stairs up from the dock up to the house are in water and will move with the waves, the dock will move too. "
