"This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Hotel Viking and we enjoyed this time better. Previously we were "upgraded" to the cabins on the property but felt more comfortable this time in the main building. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is a bit of a drive from the main downtown area of Reykjavik....but was no problem if you have a car."

"Lovely hotel in the middle of the main shopping areas Close to great restaurants and bars and the bus pick up for tours and transfers only a few minutes walk away. Hotel really lovely and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Visiting for partners 50th and they left a surprise gift for us in the room. Will definitely return if I visit Reykjavik again. "
