"I absolutely loved the lady that checked me in. She was awesome. The hotel had saved me a 1st floor room at my request due to me having surgery, which was great, but they also have an elevator. My room was great. The only reason i gave 4 stars for service was because when i went to the desk when my tv quit working, the girl (different one that the one who checked me in) was clearly at a loss at what to do. She finally offered to call the maintenance man, but said he probably wouldn't want to come in because he was afraid of dogs (I had mine with me.) I said nevermind & that I'd deal with it. I found the receiver on the back on the tv and managed to get it working. Breakfast was great. My dogs loved people watching, but I disliked having a view of the atrium. Overall though, I'd recommend staying here and would again myself. "
