"The only negative comment is this: my boyfriend is disabled. We were in the middle of packing and dressing to depart the hotel. Checkout is 11am. At 11:03 the housekeeper knocked to inquired "how much more time do you think you're going to need?" I have never had anyone ever come to the door while the do not disturb sign was placed on the door. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. We were in town visiting friends and family. "This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. "
