"Our room was a small double. There was a tiny portable fridge on which the door didn't shut properly. The en suite consisted of a shower and toilet. The hand basin was in the bedroom. The shower alternated between very hot and cold, we were unable to use it. Lots of noise from people shouting in the street both Saturday and Sunday nights. Breakfast between 8 and 9 am was very good, although the fruit juices had a horrible after taste. We greatly enjoyed meeting the landlord and our brief chat as...

"Room was good, nice furnishings and comfy bed. Lovely breakfast at Duck cafe. No sign of clock radio as described or Cowshed toiletries - they were generic. Bathroom was in need of a good scrub and the curtains dragged on the floor so the bottom 30cm were filthy. However good location& friendly staff We did choose the hottest day to stay so the room was quite hot !"
