Parking spots were tight and hard to get into. Furniture and the suite was showing wear, but overall very clean and nice place. We also didnt appreciate all the different codes and passwords to get into the areas.

Definitely staying here again. Usually stay at the hotels in the village but we really enjoyed the bigger room, pool and hot tub, quiet neighbourhood and still only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Good value too.

Small gem of a place. Overall everything was great, easy online check in, liked the location just a little out of the main area. There were a few small things that couldn't be controlled, the hot tub broke, there was a very loud group that was up until 2-3AM the two nights we were there and these things definitely colored our experience.

Perfect!
Easy access even when we arrived at 4am due to many plane cancellations and delays(Thanks AirCanada) After 22 hours of travelling a 5 hour route it was pure heaven to sink into comfy beds with perfect pillows. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great stay at Hortsmen! The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the fantastic pool area, which provided endless fun for both the kids and adults. The games room was an added bonus, offering a great selection of activities that kept everyone entertained. There was no staff onsite so we just had to follow the check-in instructions. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We can't wait to return for another memorable family vacation!

This property was a cosy find. The room was equipped with all the basic needs for a stay with cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer is great in the room. Check in and checkout was easy. The pool and hot tub were simple but a lovely area to relax. The pool table in the lobby was nice to use. A free shuttle was available just across the street to travel to Whistler village. Lost Lake is very close proximity to the hotel. As our stay was during a heat wave, the major downfall was no air conditioning. There were two fans in the room. Our sleep wasn’t comfortable due to the heat. The parking spot provided was in a small space and a large truck parked right beside made it difficult to park. If the weather wasn’t so hot, the stay would have been good.
