"This owner described the property as 2 bedrooms. There is a "master bedroom" - the ONLY true bedroom in the place. The other "bedroom" is an area BETWEEN the "living area (a couch, a fireplace and a TV mounted on the wall) and the "full"?? kitchen - a full=sized stove/oven, a counter with a bar sink, apartment sized refrigerator and about 2 feet of counter space. "Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. "
