"I had problem with parking, no parking spaces"

"the hotel is beautiful, good location but dark inside not enough light to make it bright. even the breakfast - dinner room is dark. hard to read the menu. I don't know why they keep it's dark, but I don't have any desire to book a room there again"

"The staff didn’t really interact beyond picking their head up and a small hello when I went by. The hotel rooms are loud. You can hear the people next to you very easily and the ac/heat unit turning on can wake you out of a dead sleep. Breakfast was standard and had a clean area. "

"Initially placed in a room that had guests!!Then placed in one with less accommodation for my guests...Reminded asst manager that l had booked 2 queen size beds ...her answer is we don't have that, ck with yr third party carrier!!...later texted me while l was out to dinner and said she had one for me, and would offer me a bottle of champagne to compensate for a bad start to my birthday celebration... so it was a sour sweet experience! "
