Cozy Hideaway was excellent!
This place is perfect for anyone wanting to get away from it all and relax. The furnishings and equipment make the most of its size. Kitchen supplies were outstanding. Screened and open decks allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the great weather. Fire ring with plenty of good firewood were icing on the cake. We highly recommend!

Secluded, clean, idyllic setting;; just what we were looking for. Regretfully, we had to leave early because hurricane Helene chased us northward.

Great place to stay for day hiking
The cabin is very well equipped and designed. We found it comfortable for two people. Loved the screened in porch where we ate all our meals. Great location from which to do day hikes in Grayson Highlands.

The tiny cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! The gas grill worked perfectly. We enjoued the peace and quiet of the location. The little cafe down the road was nice with good food and friendly people. This is the second time we stayed here and look forward to staying again next year!

Peaceful Place
Cozy hideaway is a very well planned tiny house. It has a great screen porch, is very private, and met our needs. We stayed three nights, biked the Virginia Creeper Trail, hiked the Whitetop trail as well as part of the AT. We cooked all of our meals and found EVERYTHING we needed for food prep. Brad is a great host! We are planning a return trip in the fall.

Every amenity
It's a cozy sized space, but amazingly complete. Kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, coffemakers, full refrigerator. Small washer dryer. Large shower. Comfortable bed, with 1 of the two ac units, the living room has the other. Attractive wood ceiling. Very large and tightly screened in porch, great for sitting. A bit of view to the southeast, otherwise surrounded by pretty Buckeyes, hemlocks, birch and maple. It was raining so I didn't get to try out the firepit. The split minis do a great job of taking the humidity out of the cabin. It's not possible to see a neighbor or hear the main road, but there's a complete mini-mart plus cafeteria near where the driveway meets the road. A hot shower after a day of hiking is really nice. And it has a small tv in the bedroom and a large tv in the livingroom, good internet connection, and a good cellular signal. This review asks about communication with the property manager; I never had to contact the manager. Rules and instructions about cleanup and locking the door and getting in were easy to follow in emails and signage.

Tiny Cabin
Beautiful secluded location. The owner was very flexible with us regarding a revised schedule which was very much appreciated. The loft was a bit difficult because of the very low ceilings, but it was manageable as a place to store suitcases. Overall everything was great. The only (minor) complaint is that silverware was lacking in terms of spoons. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful place!! Very clean! Loft area has a short ceiling - perfect for kids, but didn’t bother the adults.. There was a keurig but no coffee, only hot cocoa, Coffee would be a nice addition. There was a store, a very short walk down the road, which was convenient to grab things that we forgot. Owner was extremely responsive

Great location!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the tiny cabin. We hope to come back to to do creeper trail (bike rental across the street!) as we ended up hiking the highlands instead. There are so many trails and things to do within relatively close proximity to the cabin, that though it is tiny, it is as also very cozy, super relaxing and highly convenient. Thanks!

I was thoroughly impressed with this cozy spot. Well-cared for on the outside and spotless on the inside. It's perfect for two but the loft offers a bit of extra space. There's everything you need for a pleasant getaway: privacy, comfort and quiet

This property was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and cozy. Everything was super clean. The owner was also available if needed. The location was very good, and there was a cafe which served breakfast and lunch with a very welcoming staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Cozy Cabin
What a great place! Peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t hang outside by the fire pit but the screened in porch is a nice extension of the home. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was. There is a gas station/cafe around the bend and the cafe has really good food, especially for breakfast. The gas station has hunt brothers pizza and that was good as well. Everyone there was so nice.

Beautiful and cozy property
This tiny home is a unique and gorgeous property with a TON of privacy. Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but we truly enjoyed grilling out and chilling in the covered and screened-in front porch. As someone that enjoys home improvement and woodworking; I loved to see everything within the home that was built from scratch. Everything was created uniquely to fit the size. Also, we got a bit of a chuckle when my 6'2" husband was taller than the refrigerator and had to duck to get into the bedroom and bathroom. We can't wait to visit again in the near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect little hideaway
Although small, the size of this cabin didn't impact our stay in the least. It had everything we could possibly need, including a very comfortable bed. It was pristine, so clean I could have been convinced we were the first guests ever to stay there. Although we did not use it the loft looks like a great place for a couple of kids. We hope to be back.

We loved the cabin and the privacy of 10 acres. It was just my soon to be husband and I, but the cabin had 1 bedroom with a large bed and then 2 single beds in the loft. Its perfect for a quiet get away or 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a washer/dryer. The decore is lovely. And you can stream your favorite stuff on tv. Wifi is excellent. There is a country store and cafe just across from the driveway. It is very quiet and private. Just what we were looking for. Make sure you bring everything you need. We forgot little stuff like shaving kit and chapstick. There are no other businesses closer than a 30 minute drive or more. Perfect hideaway from the world!
