"Katrina the host was very helpful and answered all my questions before arrival. We are a group of 4 Motorcyclists completing the NC500 and this place has excellent secure bike parking in the courtyard garden. House is very clean and tidy. When we arrived the manager was waiting for us to ask if we would mind if they upgraded our room as the heating wasnt wasnt working. Obviously we didnt mind. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to our upgraded room. They had given us a three bedroomed, two bathroom lodge which was amazing. Warm, comfortable clean and pur luxury. Lovely farm home with a great location

"We chose this property because it was perfectly located for hiking along the John O’Groats Trail and accessing the ferries to Orkney. The house was spotless and spacious. It had an upstairs with 3 bedrooms and a bath which we didn’t even use. The kitchen had everything we needed; loved the washer and dryer. The host was super accessible- not that we needed her. "
