The location was minutes walking from the opera house, the Hofburg, and the train to get to Schonbrunn. The breakfast buffet was incredible. "The hotel was clean and up to standard, check in was quick and smooth, Yulia at the front desk was very helpful and professional, we asked for an extra duvet which was delivered immediately after we arrived to our room. The room was very clean and tidy, the room temperature very comfortable, we had everything we needed from the room amenities (free water, coffee and tea), the bathroom amenities are WOW. Overall, very nice hotel."

"Perfectly placed next to a parking lot and the quick tunnel to the airport terminal was a bonus. Felt safe walking even at 4:30 in the morning for it early flight. Self service hot food at the bar the night before was convenient. Huge adorable lobby area too! Plenty of space to sit alone "
