This beautiful home will welcome you the minute you open the front door. With the soft, warm colors of this home you'll feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai provides for a great spot to relax after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
