There was no way to call the front desk at 11 PM when we went to go to bed and found out that the hide a bed wasn't made and there were no linens in the room. Was told we would have to go to the office in the middle of the night to get them. Unacceptable.

Great staff, convenient, clean, affordable!
The family that owns/manages this hotel are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! The suite we rented was super clean. Conveniently located, simple, and affordable! Had a nice outdoor pool, but my daughter was too tired to swim after a day at Busch Gardens.

The parking is a little tricky. You park in front of your room if a spot is available. Ice machine was down during one of our visits. Room is large but very dated. Beds are hard. Room was clean.

We stayed in this week and it was a very nice place two stories two bedrooms kitchen living room upstairs I will definitely stay at this place again very good people running it the pool was nice I have nothing bad to say about the Merrimac it was definitely worth the price

Nice for a budget get away.
Couples get away. No frills motel but a good place to stay on a budget. Our go to place because it is clean, spacious, staff is very friendly and the pool is nice. Benches in front of your room if you want to sit outside and it is convenient and quiet. Park outside your room and walk right in.

Nice cozy room
Very cozy, quaint room, parked directly in front of the door. Nice to have 2 queen beds instead of 2 double beds. Everything nice and orderly in the room. Used it for one night after a Busch Gardens day and it was perfect.

I can not give a review because we didn’t stay. It wasn’t at all like the information provided in our selections to choose from. Now I am out $130 when Expedia’s “insurance” proved completely unreliable, inapplicable, and a waste of money. The name shouldn’t say Inn and Suites but travel motel.
