"A beautiful little property with the best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time! The room was spacious, with a great bathroom with a bath, and very pretty view over the grounds. The dining room was beautiful and we wish we had the time ti go to the bar. Only thing we wished was there was a nice walk on or from the property but it is quite small grounds, but it was pretty it was just our oversight."

"What a wonderful night away to celebrate our wedding anniversary, loved our lunch the steak was so good, All the staff were really welcoming, Such a lovely atmosphere! "Second stay and all in all it’s a good overnight option. Stayed in Hellis annex. They really need to sort out lights on approach to rooms as it’s pitch black and none were working and you risk tripping on the high steps. Room was warm and comfortable bed. Bathroom is in need of re furb as some shower floor tiles missing and black spot mould in room. Great veggie option breakfast. It’s fine but not great. I will use again at the right room rate. Parking is a bonus and Odiham is a quaint village. "
