"The hotel was extremely clean and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. They have coffee available 24/7 which I loved. The room was over all pretty clean. House keeper put the trash bag I had on the floor on top of my things. The drinks spilled all over my stuff which was upsetting but I’ll live. The pool was filthy. Really needs to be cleaned. I was looking forward to the breakfast but never woke up on time lol over all I would stay here again. "
"Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy. "

"We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay here again!"
