Gloria works in the catering department and went above and beyond to take care of me, ensuring that my dietary needs (restrictions) were met. She took personal responsibility of the situation and she demonstrated some who cares deeply about customer service. That feels like a rarity today. I sincerely hope she is rewarded, not only for her longevity but also her commitment to guests. That kind of customer service cannot be bought - it is intrinsic and Gloria had it in spades.
