Everything was wonderful. We took a trip to celebrate our anniversary with our 2 year old. They had lots kid friendly activities including trick or treating. And the kiddie are at the water park was so nice. The room was excellent! Clean and quiet. The receptionist was so great she gave us a coupon for free ice cream for our anniversary. Definitely planning another trip back.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill fast. The check-in process was a nightmare. We stood there for over 30 minutes, waiting for the disorganized staff to figure things out. To top it off, once we finally got to the room, the TV didn’t work. A basic amenity in any decent hotel, and they couldn’t even manage that. The prices are absolutely outrageous, and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. After paying a steep rate for the room, we found out that everything is a la carte. Want extra towels? Pay. Need some toiletries? Pay. It was ridiculous. There was consistently a 15-minute wait at the elevators no matter what time of day. It was absurd. The staff was incredibly rude, treating us like we didn’t belong from the moment we stepped in. To make matters worse, the patrons were snobby, rude, and downright racist. We spent most of our stay justifying our presence there, constantly showing our wristbands like we were trespassers instead of paying guests. We paid for parking but couldn’t find a single parking spot. It was as if they sold more spaces than they had available. We ended up wasting time searching for parking, only to be told by staff that there was nothing they could do. And to top it all off, on the day we checked out, the cleaning staff showed up 45 minutes before checkout, essentially rushing us out of the room. Talk about adding insult to injury!!!

During our stay the hotel was going through renovations, I’m assuming that is why parts of the hotel were covered up. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay! The kids had a blast, the Fireside restaurant was delicious. We will definitely go back.

It was nice and the employees were friendly. It was honestly definitely more quiet than i thought it would be. I loved the Starbucks in the building. Helpful and convenient. Two areas for improvement (1) I lost my personal lotion, so I attempted to use the lotion near the sink. Lit was empty. The maids came in twice to clean up and it still never got filled. I think it’s important to check all of those bottles as well. (2) this isn’t really an area of improvement, but rather disappointing. I know that there was construction, but we were disappointed we couldn’t use the outdoor pool/facilities. Especially everything seemed to be in working order, there was water in the pool, etc.
