Really nice house good neighborhood and property manager always answered any question quickly

Not good. Neighboorhood messy with over abundance of street parking. Distance to decent grocery stores and restaurants too far away. House in itself was dirty and appliances and beds were unsatisfactory. My personal view for anyone considering this rental is DON'T.
