"The place is beautiful we didn’t have time to use all their amenities. Our room had a smell not very pleasant but it had everything on it even washer and dryer and they provide you with detergent. The only thing we didn’t like is that our door seem that is was going to open when the other people on the room next door will open theirs"

"I was supposed to have a room with bunk beds and two queen beds. I ended up with a questionable roll away. Beds weren’t comfortable at all. None of us really got good sleep. Front desk guy was very nice. "

"Overall good experience, I only killed one tiny roach first night in the restroom. Had a Dunkin’s which would have been great to try if they had not been closed for training most of the time. Staff was great and very helpful with give directions and other info. Cleaning service kept room clean and clean towels daily. Close to Disney world and surrounds area was also good location to stay. "Best part of the stay was the staff. You pay 25 a day for mediocre parking, the rooms are not clean on check in (had to reclean the entire bathroom myself), there was white flecks of something everywhere, the only clean part of the room was the bed. The shuttle to Universal runs once. At 745am. 2 hours before the park opens. I have photos."
