This place was amazing and our room was very clean. Very convenient to everything in the village,shuttle pickup & drop off infront. I personally did not drive up there this time but there was plenty of parking. The hot tub was nice juhs wished the big pool had the option to heat up as there was times the hot tub was full. Night time staff was alright not very informative but the ladies in the day were very informative. We will definitely be back! All in all everything else was amazing and a weeked we wont forget! We will be back soon! :)

Staff is always exceptional while we stay there. They are always willing to work with you and help you on your morning skis or keeping your bag so you can ski all day and not put them in your car. They are so friendly always and I can take my dog and three kids with zero stress. Seriously my favorite ski Hotel.

Love how easy it is to get to the lifts from this hotel. Hot tub is great after a long day of riding. Could do without the beeping noise from the plows backing up first thing in the morning while clearing the lots but that just means there was fresh snow

I enjoyed that the hotel was near the main winterpark resort and they offered free shuttles after gondola closed. Staff was friendly

Front desk repeatedly indicated a possible early check-in and told us to check back. When we did, they were not friendly about it at all. We waited around for hours based on them telling us there was a good chance of early check-in only to have them get snide and rude.

We came during the off season and got a great deal on the stay! The room was beautiful and super clean. I think they maybe just finished some remodeling because a lot looks like it was just redone because of how clean and nice it looked. The hot tub was lovely too. We really enjoyed our time and would come again, especially around this time of year since it was such a good price and there were only 5 other people in the hotel! So fun and thankful for such a nice stay 😊 Staff were all super kind and helpful too.

We went during off-season, so it was very quiet. The room was very nice. Unfortunately, the gas fireplace didn’t work. The staff was very good, and recommended an excellent steakhouse called Deno’s up the street.
