Bed was comfy.
Loo was a little noisy but l sleep with ear buds and eye patch.
Green safety light for others could be an issue above the door but not for myself.

It’s a basic hotel option, right by the white water course (Teeside). Breakfast at the restaurant next door was great. Appreciated the easy and free parking availability."
"We stayed in room 3 and the decor is beautiful, the bed really comfortable , i would say medium /firm. Ensuite fully equipped with toiletries , towels etc. They have put in alot of care so that your needs are met. Cleanliness is excellent. I would stay again if i needed to stop over in darlington. There was no breakfast included, however there are lots of places close buy to get breakfast."
