"Very small reception area. Spent 20 mins queuing amongst hotel residents trying to enjoy a drink . 12 persons checking in , 1 member of staff working reception. Could have been quicker. "When arriving at the hotel, I pulled up into the car park behind it. I started to feel concerned as to whether I had booked the correct place and I didn’t like the look of it. However when I got around to the front I was met with a wave of relief as it looked great, it was also in a very convenient location if you’re looking to go into the town. "The food was outstanding. We are in the bar area and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. The evening entertainment was brilliant. The shower was terrible. We only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral so only used it once and we were in a hurry. At checkout, I mentioned that the shower needed attention as the water was barely flowing and that it was either scalding hot or ice cold. My cousin had ended up washing her hair in the sink. The...
