"Very nice place. Everything was nice. Everything. Only issue was the shower handle was broken, as well as the drain cover. Housekeeping must of noticed it and had it repaired two days later. Drain plate was never fixed. Small issue. Didn’t change my view that it’s a very nice place. Fancy!"

"Went here for our honeymoon and had the best time. We mainly came to AZ to hike but rise was a great location to see downtown aswell. The pool bar and rooftop bar are both great places to stop for a drink! Couldn't be happier with our choice of stay!"

Amazing hotel and staff

"We had been delayed by American Airlines for 5 hours and were scrambling to find a last-minute hotel. Every single employee that we met at the Omni that night was very kind and extremely helpful. Our waiter Jonathan in the restaurant took such good care of us and just made us feel so welcome. I’ll be definitely staying here again! "

"This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend! "

Nice Stay

"Very nice grounds with lots of plants with nice labels /descriptions. The main pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were decent (about what you'd expect) but convenient. We didn't need it, but they have shuttle service to Old Town, which is nice too. It was very quiet when we visited (week after New Years) so I can't comment on hiw they handle crowds. Would stay there again."
