"I thought the rooms were a bit dark, and there was no comfortable chair to sit in a read a book. The TV did not work for me at all. It was "repaired while I was out for a while but only had a channel on that I could not go to another. I just wanted a news channel that I could never get to. All other Hotel Rooms TV s work but not at Hotel Nell. Breakfast was great on the 3 mornings we stayed there. Rooms just a bit to small for me. A good stay though. Thanks!"

"Besides the homeless people outside, everything else internally was great! From staff to amenities, they were just what we needed for the weekend. We also loved how there were array of places that were walking distance from the hotel. Great for people who either want to walk or don’t have transportation!"

A nice stay with some ideas for improvement.

"The hotel is well-located and the staff is very helpful. It was a nice room but I would have preferred more lighting including adding lights in the closets. My complaint is the location of the room. There was a lot of motor noise constantly I think due to the machinery that runs the building. It ran all day and night. While I was able to sleep at night, it was annoying that it was constant. The food at breakfast needs improvement."
