"This accommodation was perfect for my partner and I who needed to be in Cheddar with our dog for a couple of nights. The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . Logs for the wood burner were also provided."

Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. "We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

Good Stopover

"I've stayed here a few times - this time it was a stay before a flight from Bristol (approx 30 mins drive). It's good, simple, clean accommodation at a reasonable price. Not too much road noise, and the service station is a walk away if you need food. Staff are always nice, and if the small car park is full you are able to park in the services car park and put your reg in there machine. Will stay again."

"The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Great gym and indoor pool all included in the price "
