"The house was clean and contained everything needed for a lovely stay. It's set in a beautiful area looking over fields of sheep and horses. The hot tub works well. However, although the property is advertised as having 5 bathrooms, it should be noted that only 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite (and two of them share a Jack and Jill bathroom). There is one other bathroom but that is actually a toilet. There is also only one shower at the property, with the other two bathrooms having baths."

"Lovely cottage. Secluded spot, very quiet and great views. Very well set up for dogs - great having a fenced field for them to run around safely. Bowls, balls, dog towels, poo bags, etc provided. Very comfy for the humans too!"

The building is stunning, kitchen is well stocked with appliances and other items. 2 fridge/freezers which were handy. Lots of spaces to relax and the hot tub was fantastic. WiFi is poor in wider areas of the house but excellent within the room of the house the modem is in. However, this is expected in a building of this size and didn’t ruin the weekend at all. "Spacious and well equipped lodge in tranquil surroundings. Privacy was excellent especially for hot tub use. Robes provided which was ideal for hot tub. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfy sofa’s. WiFi and TV coverage was patchy but meant we were more inclined to Use our phones less which made for a proper relaxation. Would definitely stay there again. "

Relaxed 1 night stay

"I booked a double room for a chilled out 1 night stay for my birthday for me and my partner . I was really impressed with the room it was spacious, modern, had a good size tv and the bed must be the comfiest bed iv ever slept in! The room was really cosy and had a very nice homely feel to it . The breakfast in the morning wasnt an unlimited buffet breakfast as advertised but i was told this was because the hotel was quiet at the time we stayed but they offered a made to order breakfast which was lovely and poasibly better than a buffet breakfast because all the items were cooked fresh and to how i liked it . My only negative i can say is that there are hundreds of signs around the carpark saying you must pay online and enter the carpark code which cost £15 for the duration of our stay and when we went to check in we were told to enter out car reg and it would only be £3 because we were staying in the hotel which i felt a bit ripped off about , there were nothing on the signs to say if your a guest of the hotel to pay at reception and there is even a few signs literally right at the door of the entrance saying to pay online . The guy at reception did say he would try to refund the amount on my invoice when we checked out but he wasnt there the following day and the person at the desk had no idea that we were told this the day before so we didnt get our money back so that naffed me off a bit but with that aside i would love to come and stay again "
