"We were visiting Brighton for a university open day and wanted a hotel with easy parking. Malmaison was suggested by Hotels.com, it was a little more than I'd normally pay but I'm glad I did. The location is right on the marina above a string of restaurants so your dining options are great: Prezzo, Zizzi, Nandos, Five Guys and more. There's also a Maccies and Pizza hut about 2 mins walk away and it is very close to an Asda. You can't miss the car park, it is the Marina multi-story which is totally free ) I assume to bring custom to the marina). The hotel itself is very nice, modern, clean and spacious. The room was excellent, the TV had sky channels and the bathroom was very modern, with a wet room shower. The facilities included better quality tea and coffee than you normally get, such as fresh coffee bags and herbal teas. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was £22 a person, so we went to the Wetherspoons just outside the door which was really good for a fraction of the price. Overall this hotel is exactly what I needed and good value. I'll probably be visiting Brighton again and would be happy to stay here."
