"All was good ,apart from the shower kept tripping ,but was assured would be rectified. Loved the fact of having fresh eggs .The manager was extremely helpful. Could not fault anything else whatsoever. "

"Just had a lovely little.weekend at hotel wrexham with he wife. . Lovely clean hotel and very nice savvy fox pub. Very nice place . Quiet off the beacon track but well worth the stay. We will be back 5*****"
"We stayed in the Coach House and what wonderful place to stay. The views are lovely. Watching and interacting with the four horses that are in an enclosed field right next to the apartment was lovely. The apartment is a converted coach house and has loads of character. It's open plan, airy and roomy and has everything available if you want to cook yourself, and it also has a log burner. There's some lovely pubs/ restaurants nearby, our favourite being the Dog & Pickle. Excellent WiFi too."
Cosy, Secluded Pod With Hot Tub in North Wales Within Easy Reach to Chester
10/10 Excellent
"My partner and I had the most incredible weekend at The Peacock Pod, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly at home. The pod was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm, inviting feel to it.The space is so cosy and secure, with a fenced-in area that gives you complete privacy and a real sense of peace. Every little detail has been thought of to make it as comfortable as possible, and it truly felt like a little retreat from the outside world. A really thoughtful touch was that on arrival, there was bread, butter, and milk in the fridge, which made us feel so welcome and was perfect for settling in.One of the biggest highlights for us was the hot tub—it was simply perfect! Whether we were soaking in it during the day or in the evening, it made the whole experience feel extra special. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.A huge thank you to Louise, who was so lovely, kind, and welcoming. Her communication was fantastic from start to finish, making everything so easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, and that warmth really made our stay even more special. We had the most wonderful time and made memories we’ll cherish forever. I will definitely be returning again, and I highly recommend The Peacock Pod to anyone looking for the perfect peaceful escape!Thank you! "
