"We had an unusually large room and our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was great, as other hotels in the area couldn't accommodate them. The breakfast was generous with lots of options. The swimming pool area is perfect. What made our stay particularly enjoyable, though, were the helpful and friendly employees. They were all fantastic!"

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele. "

Great bar and choice of drinks. A really enjoyable stay and excellent staff. No parking but everything you need is within a short walk. "We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again."
