"We booked a Superior Deluxe Room. Our room #119 was spacious. The only negative on this room was the carpet, which needed a good cleaning. "We had an unusually large room and our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was great, as other hotels in the area couldn't accommodate them. The breakfast was generous with lots of options. "This hotel was value for money when visiting family. Checked in just after 2, took a while for anyone to come to reception but it was quick once they came. Spent the day with family and upon return we went to get a drink in the bar, it was only 7.50pm and the staff told us the bar was already cleaned down and cashed up, the info sheet in the room said it shut at 10pm! Apparently the staff told us they do this on quiet nights so they can help with functions but from what we saw they went and sat...

"We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again."
