"Everything during our stay was absolutely perfect. Room requests were met exactly, our dining option was amended to suit a last minute change of of plans, as was our spa booking. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel, bar, restaurants and spa are exceptionally well kept and we'd love to stay again"

"For the price we paid we were very surprised to get such luxury. Check-in was slow but the staff member explained she was the only member of staff in and she was clearly very busy as well as incredibly polite and kind. The room was large and comfortable, although it was advertised as a King bed, it was two singles pushed together and the gap in the middle made it less comfortable. The location was great as it is walkable to basically everytjing we wanted to do around Chester. The only downside was the parking was a bit of a walk away and expensive but the value of the hotel was enough to negate that. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style with hot food to order. Id have liked better hot choice as it was all or nothing and we werent even asked how we wluld like pur eggs. They were fried well but not our preferences. "
