"We had a lovely stay here! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had 2 spa treatments, massage and Indian head massage, which was amazing, very relaxing. The hotel was decorated for Christmas which made the stay extra special. We did notice some areas of the hotel that could do with touching up and very squeaky floor boards while walking around the hotel. The spa facilities had everything especially loved the sauna. We did noticed again that the area around the pool could do with a clean throughout the day and the changing room, maybe just need to be kept on top off but noting that would stop me coming back. "
