"Amazing few day in Chester, staff very attentive and helpful"

"Staff very helpful and restaurant offered a decent range of options. Bed extremely comfortable and 1st floor corridor generally quiet. Somewhat disappointed that room was not made up until after 4pm on a couple of days, had to go down to lounge area to wait for cleaners to finish. Also noticed that glasses were left outside rooms and not collected from several hours, this presented a trip hazard and a danger for guests especially children. Overall a most enjoyable 4 day stay."

"Usually I never leave reviews but this place is lovely and the perfect place to take your loved ones for a special place. Big thank you to the team as they helped me when I had ran out of contact lens solution at the middle of night and assisted me. "

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele. "

"Check in was good and hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative for me is that I suffer from allergies - (dogs) and presume the room is one which allows dogs but even though the room was clean the I did suffer all night and into the next day."

"We LOVED our visit to this adorable flat in Chester! Every detail was top notch with comfortable bedding, beautiful decorations, and perfect amenities. Lisa was super helpful and quick to communicate before and during our stay. The location in this adorable village exceeded our expectations as we were steps away from the entrance to the city walls and shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We arrived from London via the train which was just a short cab drive away. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely...
