"The grounds and the main part of the hotel were excellent as were the staff. The only disappointment was the fridge in our room the motor of which kept kicking in on a regular basis. This meant that we couldn’t get a proper silent night as the noise of this was quite intrusive. Other than that, it was a good stay. "

"All good except for the truly appalling internet in an area where 4G and 5G was also lacking. This meant I was unable to work in my room or anywhere else in the hotel which made an otherwise very good experience deeply frustrating "

"I had no idea what we were in for! I'm so sad we only had one night here, we will absolutely be back! Even though we were only there for a short amount of time we still walked the walls 1.5 times and they were able to get me in for a full body deep tissue massage that was one of the best i've ever had! We didn't have enough time to learn everything the city had to offer, so we will be back on our way to Wales. "

Lisa was super helpful and quick to communicate before and during our stay. The location in this adorable village exceeded our expectations as we were steps away from the entrance to the city walls and shopping, dining, and sightseeing.
