"The Hotel was perfect, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, beautiful surroundings, nothing to find fault at at all apart from on the night we stayed the heating in our room was not working, the room was cold. We notified reception and a member of staff came up to our room, she looked at the temperature gauge and agreed it wasnt working We where told the maintenance team finished at 7 p.m. so there was nothing that could be done aoart from offering us blankets and a heater. We where unable to...

"We loved our stay at Rowton hall, our room was a master suite with a separate lounge which was great to relax before bed. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from, we had 1 dinner which was very good again plenty of choice. The locations is secluded but only 10 mins from chester centre very handy for shopping or site seeing. We would stay again."
