"For the price we paid we were very surprised to get such luxury. Check-in was slow but the staff member explained she was the only member of staff in and she was clearly very busy as well as incredibly polite and kind. The room was large and comfortable, although it was advertised as a King bed, it was two singles pushed together and the gap in the middle made it less comfortable. The location was great as it is walkable to basically everytjing we wanted to do around Chester. The only downside...

"Very convenient location. Close to station and right in the canal, with a short walk to centre of Chester. Place was not amazing for a quiet stay, but you know this when booking. My room was super small, double bed but no room for a case - fine for solo traveller or lightly packed couple. Would not be comfortable for an extended stay."
