"An excellent hotel conveniently located opposite Newcastle Central Station and within easy walking distance to many shops, bars,and attractions, the reception staff are so friendly and helpful and are a credit to The County Hotel. This was my grandson's first stay in a hotel so wanted to make it a good experience for him and this hotel did exactly that. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again next time I'm in Newcastle."

"It does not have a frontage and reception is on the second floor which is different. It was immaculate and easy to get around. Substantial breakfast It was my first visit,I will definitely return."

"My second time staying and I loved it again - lovely rooms, very clean and modern, great choice of food and it's a good quality. I love seeing the dogs people bring in as its a dog friendly hotel and bar. Will definitely stay again! "

"Property renovation only. People in the area was friendly. On arrival beautiful room and en suite, except for puddle of water on carpet from window spoke to reception and was moved straight away no problems. Will be returning in January with family for a reunion."
