"My first solo trip and it could not have gone better! The location was amazing in the centre of Valetta, literally not even 2 minutes from the main street. There are shops and restaurants along the street and it was super easy to find. The hotel offered me an airport shuttle but i used public transport. I was given a whatsapp message with videos on how to access the hotel on the day of check in. I had some teouble with my main door upon checkout (my own fault, i wasnt turning enough) the staff...

"We had a lovely stay for 5 nights, the location was perfect and there was a lovely park opposite to walk through each day. It was very close to Valletta a 5min walk away. The apartment was pristine and the roof terrace had a spectacular view. Our host was very helpful and friendly and we will be recommending our friends to stay here. "Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"Fantastic few days in the apartment, it had everything you could need for a short stay and more. The apartment was close to some great restaurants and shops. Loved the hot tub at night just sat watching the stars and the city views. Would highly recommend this apartment. I hired a car but in hindsight probably would have just used the buses as parking in Malta is a bit of a problem wherever you go. "

Tiled floor means lots of noise coming down from room above - kitchen chairs being moved by folk returning 2am created alot of noise. earplugs meant a decent night sleep/"

"Really enjoy our week at the Azur. Nicely decorated throughout. The pool albeit across the road is stunning. I noticed some people complaining on here about unpainted ceilings but they obviously don’t appreciate polished concrete which is currently quite fashionable. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money. "

"Travelled to Malta as a family the last week in March. The Dragonara made for a perfect stay, the location is great, lots of restaurants nearby, even a good grocery store down the street. We rented a car and drove all over the island and day-tripped to Gozo. You would need to Uber, bus or drive to go to Valletta as it's too far of a walk from the Hotel. Our room was spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool and spacious patio. The staff were friendly and attentive, kept the place spotless and well stocked with water, towels, coffee etc... We made use of the large gym daily and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had everything under the sun! Would highly recommend this property and Malta is such an amazing destination, already dreaming of returning. "
