"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."

"Excellent hotel. Would like to stay again. Bed and linens were very comfy. Staffs were courteous. Eating options around the area were great from low cost to upscale. "I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel. Last minute I didn't have anywhere to stay for the night in Korea and they were super accommodating, got me a room right away and held my luggage for me the next day. Only stayed for one night but the room was clean, comfortable and safe. Also a very short walk from the train."
