"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."

"This was our second stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul. We love it's location in Myeongdong, close to shopping and many dining options. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the Executive Tower, where we enjoyed daily breakfast, afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres in the exclusive La Cime lounge. We look forward to returning to Lotte Hotel Seoul again in May!"

"The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else."

"Big spacious room with close proximity to attractions but it is difficult to lug the luggage up and down the slopes . In addition , there was a protest on 22/3 in the area which resulted in a diversion to airport limousine services and as such , was not available at all near the hotel . The concierge should have updated the info when asked . "
