"My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. "Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . I’m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. Trash will only be clear on the day we check out. if needed, we can clear by ourself but trash bag never being provided and you have to purchase it. "

"The place offers great value for the price and made our 3-night stay fantastic. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and bus to Incheon airport. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions."

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"A great location and the room was very comfortable. It wasn't super luxurious but it did have a washing machine which was really handy. We were very lucky and managed to meet the man cleaning our room when we arrived so we could leave our suitcases there, otherwise we would have been a bit stuck! We used a bath towel to cover the shoulder to knee section so there there would be some privacy - luckily we always carry some duct tape when traveling and...

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

"Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice. "
